The Pylon Pools World Cup Survivor Bracket is free to enter, permissionless, and pays out in stablecoins. Predict every group game right + nail the knockout — win $1,000,000.

1. Sponsor

The Pylon Pools $1,000,000 World Cup Perfect Bracket Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Pylon Pools, Inc. (“Pylon Pools,” “we,” “us”). The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup™, the United States Soccer Federation, any participating team or national federation, Meta Platforms, X Corp., or any other third party.

2. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on June 11, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. ET and entries close at the official kickoff time of the first match of the 2026 FIFA World Cup™ (currently scheduled for June 11, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. ET) (the “Entry Deadline”). Late entries are not accepted. The Sweepstakes ends upon the conclusion of the 2026 FIFA World Cup™ Final and any required winner verification and prize payouts (the “Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to natural persons who, as of the date of entry, (a) are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater); (b) are legal residents of an Eligible Jurisdiction (defined below); and (c) have access to the Internet, a valid e-mail address, and an active X (Twitter) account.

Eligible Jurisdictions

The Sweepstakes is open worldwide, void where prohibited by law, EXCEPT in the jurisdictions listed below, where the Sweepstakes is void. Pylon Pools reserves the right to block or restrict entries from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion to comply with applicable law.

Excluded International Jurisdictions

Residents of the following are NOT ELIGIBLE: Belarus, Crimea region, India, North Korea, Quebec (Canada), Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Syria, and the United Arab Emirates. Additional countries may be excluded at the Sponsor’s discretion. Where U.S. sanctions apply (including OFAC-designated regions), the exclusion is absolute and not subject to discretion.

4. How to Enter

Entry is free: no entry fee, no token to buy, no wallet to connect at sign-up. During the Promotion Period and prior to the Entry Deadline, eligible individuals may enter by completing the following at worldcup.pylonpools.com:

1. Create or sign in to a Pylon Pools account using a valid e-mail address and X (Twitter) handle. Each e-mail address may be associated with at most one Pylon Pools account.
2. Choose a nickname — this is the name that appears on the public leaderboard.
3. Complete a bracket consisting of a predicted outcome (Team A wins, Draw, or Team B wins) for each of the seventy-two (72) group-stage matches, plus your predicted Champion, Runner-up, and Third-Place finisher (used as tiebreakers for leaderboard ranking).
4. Submit before the Entry Deadline. Picks lock when the first match of the tournament starts. Each submission is final and cannot be edited or withdrawn.
5. Follow the official @pylonpools account on X (Twitter) at the time of entry and remain a follower for the entire duration of the Promotion Period. Unfollowing @pylonpools at any time prior to prize award constitutes withdrawal from the Sweepstakes and forfeiture of any potential prize.

Multiple brackets: Up to ten (10) brackets per verified e-mail address — submit one, submit ten, each scored separately. Different lineups across your brackets are allowed and encouraged.

Multiple e-mail addresses or accounts tied to the same individual constitute a single entrant and any entries beyond the per-email cap from the same person are disqualified at Pylon Pools’ sole discretion. Use of automated, scripted, robotic, or fraudulent entry methods is prohibited and grounds for disqualification.

5. Game Mechanics & Scoring

The Sweepstakes is a prediction contest based on the 2026 FIFA World Cup™ (the “Tournament”), which consists of one hundred and four (104) official matches: 72 group-stage matches across 12 groups, and 32 knockout matches (Round of 32, Round of 16, Quarterfinals, Semifinals, Final, and Third-Place match).

Group-stage scoring (72 matches)

Determines leaderboard points for all entries.

• Correct prediction of a non-draw outcome (Team A wins or Team B wins): 1 point.
• Correct prediction of a draw: 2 points.
• Incorrect prediction: 0 points.

Knockout Selection Round (32 matches)

Only entries that finish the group stage with a perfect 72/72 score qualify for the Knockout Selection Round. Qualifying entrants will be invited via e-mail within forty-eight (48) hours after the conclusion of the group stage to submit a winner pick for each of the 32 knockout matches. Knockout picks lock at the kickoff of the first Round of 32 match.

• Round of 32: 2 points per correct prediction.
• Round of 16: 4 points per correct prediction.
• Quarterfinals: 6 points per correct prediction.
• Semifinals: 8 points per correct prediction.
• Third-Place match: 10 points.
• Final: 15 points.

For knockout-stage scoring purposes, the official winner of any match decided by extra time and/or penalty shootout is treated as the winner of that match. Draws are not a permitted prediction for knockout-stage matches.

If any Tournament match is cancelled, abandoned, suspended, replayed, or declared by FIFA to have a result other than a normal on-pitch result (including but not limited to forfeits, walkovers, or administrative awards), the official result as declared by FIFA shall control for scoring purposes.

6. Prizes

Grand Prize — $1,000,000

One (1) Grand Prize of US $1,000,000, payable in USDC (USD Coin) on the Solana blockchain, awarded only as described in Section 7. The Grand Prize is underwritten by a prize-indemnity insurance policy. Approximate retail value: $1,000,000.

Top 20 Leaderboard Prizes — Soul Survivor Entries

The twenty (20) highest-scoring entries on the final leaderboard — regardless of whether anyone wins the Grand Prize — receive free entries into the Pylon Pools Soul Survivor NFL Survivor Pool launching Fall 2026 (regular entry fee: $50 per entry). The number of free Soul Survivor entries awarded scales with leaderboard finish:

Soul Survivor entries are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be redeemed for free entry into the Pylon Pools Soul Survivor NFL Survivor Pool (or another flagship Pylon Pools survivor pool, at the Sponsor’s discretion) launching Fall 2026. The cost of the Top 20 + Bubble Boy consolation prizes is covered directly by Pylon Pools. Details and pool rules at /nfl.

An entrant may win at most one prize from this Sweepstakes. If an entrant qualifies for both the Grand Prize and a Top 20 / Bubble Boy prize, the Grand Prize is awarded and the leaderboard prize is awarded to the next eligible entry on the leaderboard.

Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize: US $1,000,000. The Top 20 + Bubble Boy consolation prizes are in-kind awards (free entry into a Pylon Pools survivor pool) covered directly by the Sponsor.

7. How to Win the $1,000,000 Grand Prize

Two conditions, both required:

1. Perfect group stage. All 72 group-stage matches predicted correctly (each as Team A wins / Draw / Team B wins), measured against the official results as declared by FIFA.
2. Perfect Knockout Selection Round. Any entry that finishes the group stage with a perfect 72/72 score is invited to the Knockout Selection Round (see Section 5). In that round, the entrant must pick the winner of every knockout match through the Final — Round of 32, Round of 16, Quarterfinals, Semifinals, Final, and Third-Place match (32 matches total). Miss one — you’re out and not eligible for the Grand Prize.

An entry that satisfies both conditions is a “Perfect Bracket.”

If two (2) or more entrants each complete a Perfect Bracket, the Grand Prize is split equally among all verified winners. For example, if two Perfect Brackets are confirmed, each verified winner receives US $500,000 in USDC; if ten Perfect Brackets are confirmed, each verified winner receives US $100,000 in USDC; and so on.

If no entry achieves a perfect group stage, the $1,000,000 Grand Prize is not awarded. The Top 20 Leaderboard Prizes and Bubble Boy prize (Section 6) are still awarded regardless.

8. Tie-Breaking

When two or more entries are tied on points for any leaderboard position (including any Top 20 position or the 21st-place Bubble Boy position), the tie is broken in the following order:

1. Correct Champion pick first.
2. Then correct Runner-up.
3. Then correct Third Place.
4. Finally, the entry with the earliest submission timestamp wins.

9. Winner Selection, Notification & Payouts

Top 20 Leaderboard winners and the 21st-place Bubble Boy winner are identified based on the official final leaderboard at the conclusion of the Tournament. Grand Prize winners (if any) are identified based on Perfect Bracket status under Section 7. Potential winners will be notified via the e-mail address submitted with their bracket, and may also be contacted via X (Twitter) direct message.

Each potential winner must, within seven (7) days of notification (or such longer period as the Sponsor permits in writing):

• Confirm acceptance of the prize and confirm contact details;
• Provide proof of identity, age, and residence acceptable to the Sponsor;
• For Grand Prize winners only: provide a valid Solana wallet address controlled by the winner for delivery of the USDC prize (the Sponsor will provide free instructions on creating a wallet if the winner does not already have one);
• Confirm that the winner is following @pylonpools on X (Twitter) and has remained a follower throughout the Promotion Period;
• Sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release; and
• Complete any applicable tax forms.

Payouts are processed within thirty (30) days of tournament conclusion, subject to completion of the verification steps above. Soul Survivor free entries are credited to the winner’s Pylon Pools account in time for the Soul Survivor pool launch in Fall 2026.

Failure to comply, return of any notification as undeliverable, refusal to accept the prize, ineligibility, evidence of fraud, manipulation, or violation of these Official Rules, or evidence that the winner unfollowed @pylonpools on X during the Promotion Period, will result in disqualification of that potential winner, in which case the prize will be awarded to the next eligible entrant determined under the applicable selection method, or, in the case of the Grand Prize, redistributed among the remaining verified Perfect Bracket entrants (if any) or forfeited.

10. Taxes

All federal, state, provincial, local, and international taxes, fees, and surcharges on any prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. This includes any taxes applicable to receipt of digital assets (USDC) regardless of the form of receipt, as well as any taxes applicable to the in-kind value of free Soul Survivor entries. Each winner is solely responsible for consulting with a qualified tax advisor.

11. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner’s consent to Pylon Pools’ use of the winner’s name, nickname, X (Twitter) handle, voice, biographical information, statements regarding the Sweepstakes, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media now known or later devised, worldwide, without further compensation, notice, or approval.

12. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Pylon Pools, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Pylon Pools reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, or to disqualify any entrant, if any fraud, technical failure, error, or any other factor beyond Pylon Pools’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation or suspension, Pylon Pools may, at its sole discretion, award the Grand Prize and any Top 20 Leaderboard Prizes based on the highest point totals achieved as of the date of cancellation, or void all entries.

Released Parties (Pylon Pools and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize-fulfillment partners, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives) are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including without limitation Solana blockchain network failures, smart-contract errors, or wallet-software errors; (c) human errors which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or in the processing of entries; or (d) any injury or damage to entrants’ or any other person’s computer, wallet, or property related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, each entrant releases the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants is subject to Pylon Pools’ Privacy Policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
